PROMOGRAN Protease Modulating Matrix is comprised of a sterile, freeze dried composite of 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) and 55% collagen. Optmum wound environment PROMOGRAN maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelization and rapid wound healing. Clinically proven. Several RCTs have demonstrated that PROMOGRAN achieved superior results versus standard of care in chronic wounds. The efficacy of collagen/ORC is supported by a large body of clinical evidence, including 9 published RCTs. Cost-effectiveness.
