Returns

Our goal at Owl Medical Supplies is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience.

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Before returning any items back to us, please email us at hello@owlmedical.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship the return. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original, unopened & undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Please do not return used, damaged or incomplete merchandise.

We do not accept returns from anywhere outside Canada or the U.S.A.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 CAD, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
