At Owl Medical Supplies, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
Return Window: We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation Window: We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 5% processing fee.
Return Authorization: Before sending items back, please email us at hello@owlmedical.com to request a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition of Items: Returned products must be in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging, and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Used, opened, incomplete, or damaged items cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs: Please note that all shipping fees (both the original cost to the client and any return shipping costs to OwlMedical.com) are non-refundable.If your return is valued over $75CAD, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Geographic Limitations: We only accept returns from Canada and the U.S.A.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, regardless of the reason.
