All orders may require up to 5 business days of processing time.

- All Canadian orders are shipped ground or air service (up to 5 business day delivery or sooner).
- All U.S. orders are shipped via ground service (up to 5-15 business day delivery or sooner).
- All international orders are shipped via surface mail or air mail (up to 15-30 business day delivery or sooner).
- OwlMedical.com covers standard duties on U.S. and international shipments; however, the recipient may still be responsible for any additional customs charges, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply upon delivery.

All shipping rates are subject to change and are calculated at checkout.
